Waking up at 5 a.m. DAY 1

Yep, that's new. Today's Day 1 of my self-improvement and time management. I'll keep this blog updated with how the start of my days goes about for the next 20 days or a month. 

For starters, I decided to set few ground rules,
  • Like no usage of technology for the first hour of waking up. The only exception is writing posts like this for the blog.
  • NO ALARM CLOCK. Seriously I just hate the very word ALARM. I mean what's the rush. Unless you have an emergency and went to sleep at wrong hour there's no need for an alarm.
  • Going to bed at 2200-2230.
For this to work out well, I managed to go to bed at 2230 and probably fell asleep at 2330. Hopefully, this will get better over time. 
Now I woke up at 5 a.m. brushed my teeth drank about half litre of water and now will meditate for a while and work out for about 10-15 minutes. 

Then breakfast and some good music on. 

Let's hope all this will have a good return.
