Waking up at 5 a.m. Day: I lost the count

Turns out I wasn't motivated enough to wake up every day at 5 a.m. The 5 a.m. became 6 a.m. then 7 a.m. and now I just wake up at any time I feel good. As long as I get a good night's sleep.

But I did manage to wake up early almost every day except for the holidays. Which happen to have improved the efficiency and decreased the time wasted.

Now even when I wake up at 10 a.m. I manage to dedicate a time to work on my game. Going to sleep at 12 to 1 a.m. has its perks but that significantly hinders the ability to wake up early.

The best kind of routine I have managed to figure out/follow here is to go to sleep at 12 at all cost. Then wake up at 7 to 7:30.
Sometimes when I feel a blood rush for playing a video game or writing or work on the game I wake up at 5 or 5:30.
A little workout, bath and food.

This keeps me active throughout the day and only feel tired at night when it's about time to sleep.
